Alabama-Tennessee pass interference call enrages fans.

Tennessee almost forced a field goal on third and goal against Alabama.

Bryce Young blasted the ball long and high into the end zone as Tennessee defensive players pursued him out of the pocket.

The pass was incomplete and the Tide seemed to settle for three.

Instead, referees penalised Vols cornerback De'Shawn Rucker for interference with Alabama receiver Ja'Corey Brooks.

On second thinking, many fans believed Rucker should not have been penalised and Alabama should have been.

The penalty gave Alabama a 1st and Goal on the Vols 2-yard line, and Jahmyr Gibbs scored to give Alabama a 35-34 lead.

Hendon Hooker's 78-yard touchdown put Tennessee back in front of Alabama.
